I have spent over 15 years at the intersection of data, strategy, and organisational change. My work is driven by a simple belief: data is only valuable when it is trusted, understood, and governed well. I help organisations build that foundation — from the frameworks that define accountability to the practices that make data reliable at scale.
My career has taken me across industries and roles — from hands-on data architecture and management to executive leadership as Head of Data & AI. Along the way I have learned that the hardest problems in data are rarely technical. They are about people, processes, and the courage to treat data as a strategic asset rather than an IT concern.
Today I focus on three interconnected disciplines: Data Governance, Data Management, and AI Leadership. I work with organisations to design governance frameworks that stick, management practices that scale, and AI strategies that are grounded in data readiness and responsible use.
Beyond my professional work, I write and speak about these topics to share what I have learned — and to contribute to a community of practitioners who are building the data-driven organisations of tomorrow.
